How am I billed?

As a monthly app charge on your Shopify invoice. Extra stores are on the same bill.

Are there fees on dropship sales?

No. Purchase orders to your suppliers carry no Masterlinq fee or percentage, on any plan.

What counts as a store?

Each physical location Masterlinq tracks stock and routes orders for. Your first is included; each one after is $100 a month.

What is a synced SKU?

A product variant in your store that Masterlinq keeps in step with the supplier catalog. Essentials includes 5,000, Growth 10,000, Pro 20,000, and Premier has no limit.

What if I need more SKUs than my plan includes?

Move up a plan. There’s no SKU add-on, so the next plan’s features come with the extra room.

What if my shop sells more than $125K a month?

Plans cover shops up to $125K a month in Shopify sales. Above that, pricing is custom, so contact sales and we’ll put together a quote for your stores.

Do I need Lightspeed?

No. Essentials works without it. The Lightspeed features switch on from Growth up, once you connect your Lightspeed account.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Switch plans from the app at any time, and Shopify updates the app charge on your bill.
