Common Questions

What happens if I go over my revenue tier?

If your store exceeds its plan's monthly order volume in a single month, nothing happens — one-time or seasonal spikes are expected.

If your store exceeds its plan limit for three consecutive months, your account will enter a tier review. During this review, we look at your average order volume over the past 12 months to determine whether a plan adjustment is appropriate.

If an adjustment is needed, your plan will be updated going forward. There are no retroactive charges and no surprise year-end reconciliation bills — your pricing remains predictable as your business grows.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If your business scales down, contact us to adjust your plan at the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Storefront plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract required. You can cancel anytime. We also offer annual billing with a 10% discount if you prefer to lock in your rate.
